Money Donated to the H.U. Lee Memorial Foundation Scholarship Fund

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us yesterday at our new World Headquarters Grand Opening. We performed a traditional Korean Gosa ritual, ensuring safety and goodwill. During the ceremony, we were able to raise a total of $796, of which 100% will be donated to the H.U. Lee Memorial Foundation Scholarship Fund. If you are planning a visit to the Little Rock area soon, please stop by ATA International’s new Headquarters to see what we are up to!

One of Eternal Grand Master H. U. Lee’s many passions in life was being close to nature. He took pride in being a rugged outdoorsman; who enjoyed hiking (Remember Songahm Mountain and Red Rock), camping (Remember Fern Cliff) and just spending time with his family. The H. U. Lee Memorial Foundation is raffling the ultimate outdoor accessory in honor of Eternal Grand Master’s love of the outdoors. A custom-wrapped one-of-a-kind Yeti Cooler will be raffled during Family Fun Night, July 1, 2016. All proceeds will benefit the H. U. Lee Memorial Foundation Scholarship Fund. Wishing for Mommy

ishing for Mommy is an initiative that launched in one of Sr. Master Michelle Landgren-Lee’s Arizona schools and is now operated through their attached non-profit organization. A few years ago, ATA student Austin Armstrong asked Sr. Master Lee for a donation of white belts (dyed pink) so he could execute a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. After the great success the fundraiser saw in the first year, the program was expanded to all of Sr. Master Lee’s schools and eventually began to be run through the Dignity Kids Foundation. Instead of donations going to Susan G. Komen, Sr. […]
